Study Purpose: This study tests how well the medicine mirikizumab works for kids with ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn's disease (CD). These are conditions where the gut, or intestines, get swollen and sore.

Duration: The study lasts about 3 years and 4 months or 172 weeks. During this time, participants may need to visit the study site up to 44 times.

Eligibility: To join, kids must have been in previous studies with mirikizumab and still benefit from it. They should not have had any serious side effects or stopped the medicine in earlier studies. Girls need to follow rules about pregnancy prevention. Kids cannot join if they have other serious health issues or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Study Length: Lasts 172 weeks with up to 44 visits.
  • Eligibility: Must have joined earlier similar studies without issues.
  • Safety: Cannot join if there's a risk from continuing treatment.
