This study is for adults with schizophrenia (a mental health disorder that affects how a person thinks, feels, and behaves) who were part of a previous CONNEX study. It tests the long-term safety of a medicine called Iclepertin. Participants take Iclepertin tablets once a day for a year, along with their regular schizophrenia medication. They need to visit the study site about 13 times and will get around 9 phone calls over the year. Doctors will check for any health problems and monitor schizophrenia symptoms during this time. To join, participants must have completed a previous trial and meet specific health criteria. They must not show certain mental health risks or drug use issues.
- The study lasts a little more than 1 year.
- Participants visit the study site about 13 times.
- Participants continue their regular medication for schizophrenia.
