This study is testing a special balloon called ProTractX3™ TTS DCB to help people with a bowel problem called a stricture. A stricture is when part of the bowel is too narrow, making it hard for food to pass through. The balloon is coated with a medicine called paclitaxel, which helps keep the bowel open. The study wants to see if the balloon is safe and works well. To join, you must be 22 or older, have a stricture that was treated at least twice before, and be able to follow the study plan and sign a consent form. You cannot join if you're pregnant, have certain medical conditions, or are taking specific medicines.
