This study is about helping people with high blood pressure, also called hypertension, using a tool called the Symplicity Spyral system. This system is used in a process called renal denervation (RDN), which means working on the nerves near the kidneys to lower blood pressure. The study will check if this method is safe and works well over a long time. People who were in similar past studies will also be checked again to learn more.
To join the study, you must have high blood pressure, with numbers like 140/90 mmHg (millimeters of mercury) or higher. You can't join if your kidney arteries aren't right for this, if you've had RDN before, or if you have other conditions like needing oxygen all the time or certain types of diabetes.
Key Points:
- This is a long-term study to check the effects of RDN.
- Participants must have certain blood pressure levels to join.
- People with specific health issues cannot participate.
