Study Purpose: This study checks if a new drug called ALKS 2680 is safe and works well for people with Narcolepsy Type 1. Narcolepsy is a condition that makes people very sleepy during the day and can cause cataplexy, where they suddenly lose muscle control. The study will see if people feel less sleepy and have fewer cataplexy episodes when taking ALKS 2680 compared to a placebo, which is a harmless pill that doesn't have the real medicine.
