Phase 2

This study tests a new medicine, **BHV-2100**, to see if it can help with migraine headaches. Migraines are strong headaches that can cause a lot of pain. The study wants to find out if BHV-2100 is safe to use and if it works well in reducing migraine pain.

People can join if they have had migraines for at least one year and usually have 2 to 8 bad headaches each month. The study includes those who take regular migraine medicines if they've been on them for a while.

Some people can't join, like those with certain types of migraines or who take lots of headache medicine. People with serious health issues like heart disease or certain infections also can't participate.

  • The study will identify a safe and effective dose of BHV-2100.
  • Participants must have a consistent migraine history and be on stable medication if applicable.
  • Participants with certain health conditions or medication use are excluded.
