This study tests if using the Impella® device in patients with tough heart problems improves health after a heart procedure. The Impella® is a small machine that helps the heart pump blood. The study is for patients with Complex Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) and weak Left Ventricular Function (LVEF). CAD is when the heart's blood vessels are narrow, and LVEF measures how well the heart pumps blood. The study compares results with and without the Impella® device over three years. Patients aged 18 to 90 can join if they have specific heart issues and agree to the study rules. They should not have had recent heart attacks or other serious conditions. The study aims to see if using the Impella® reduces the risk of death, stroke, or heart attacks.
- The study lasts for three years with regular check-ups.
- Participants need to have specific heart conditions but not severe recent health issues.
- There are risks, but the study could improve heart health with the Impella® device.
