This study is about a new exercise program called High Intensity Body-weight Circuit (HIBC) training for people with type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Type 2 diabetes is when your body doesn't use insulin properly, leading to high blood sugar. The study aims to see if HIBC can improve health better than Traditional Exercise Intervention (TEI).
Who can join? People who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in the last year, have an HbA1c (average blood sugar level) between 6% and 8%, aren't taking insulin or other diabetes medications, haven't been part of an exercise program in the past 6 months, and have a doctor's approval.
Who cannot join? People who have had heart procedures, have kidney, lung, or heart disease, have memory problems, or smoke currently.
- The study involves exercise programs, which may improve your fitness and health.
- Participants will be put into one of two groups randomly to compare effects.
- It's important to follow the study guidelines and attend all sessions.
