Frontotemporal Lobar Degeneration (FTLD) is a brain disease that affects behavior and language. The ALLFTD study looks at people with FTLD and their families. It helps experts understand the disease better over time. There are two parts: the longitudinal arm and the biofluid-focused arm. The longitudinal arm includes yearly check-ups, brain scans, and tests. The biofluid-focused arm collects samples like blood without detailed tests.
