ISCOVER INOCA Study is looking at people with chest pain but without blocked heart arteries, called INOCA (Ischemia and No Obstructive Coronary Artery disease). The study will use special tests like coronary angiography (an X-ray of the heart's blood vessels) and intravascular imaging to see inside the arteries. It also uses the Coroventis Coroflow Cardiovascular System. This system includes a special wire that measures blood flow and pressure in the heart. The study aims to see how people with INOCA are doing over time and identify different INOCA types.
Participants must have suspected heart disease with no major blockages, based on certain tests. They need to agree to follow-up visits. Pregnant or nursing women, people with recent heart attacks, severe heart conditions, or kidney problems cannot join.
- The study will enroll 500 people across up to 10 locations in the U.S.
- Participants will undergo special heart tests to check blood flow and artery conditions.
- The study will follow participants over time to learn about their heart health.
