RADICAL PC is a study for men with prostate cancer. It includes two parts: RADICAL PC1 and RADICAL PC2. Prostate cancer is a disease where cells in the prostate grow out of control. Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT) is a treatment that lowers male hormones to help control cancer. RADICAL PC1 looks at men within one year of their prostate cancer diagnosis to find out what might lead to heart disease. RADICAL PC2 is a part of PC1 but tests ways to improve heart health and lifestyle for these men. You might qualify if you are newly diagnosed or recently started ADT.

  • **Study Length**: Participation is for one year.
  • **Eligibility**: Men with prostate cancer, not seeing a cardiologist yearly, and not taking both statins and having low blood pressure.
  • **Commitment**: Requires regular follow-up visits.

Note: You cannot join if you are under 45, do not consent, or if your cancer was found by accident during bladder surgery. Consider joining to help improve prostate cancer care.
