Pediatric cancer survivors might gain too much weight and not exercise enough, which can lead to serious health problems like heart disease. This study aims to teach parents skills to help their kids stay healthy. The study has two groups. In the first group, called NOURISH-T+, parents will join 6 weekly online sessions, each lasting 1 to 1.5 hours, to learn about healthy eating and exercise. They'll also have 2 special sessions with their child and 1 with a dietitian. There are follow-up sessions at 2, 4, 8, and 10 months to keep up the learning. The second group, Brief NOURISH-T+, involves a single session using a public guide and some online resources. Both groups will have check-ins after 2, 4, 8, and 10 months. The study is open to kids aged 5-14 who are off treatment for 6 months and are overweight. Their parents must be legal guardians and main meal preparers, and they should speak English or Spanish.

  • **Study Duration**: Up to a year with multiple sessions and check-ins.
  • **Involvement**: Online sessions, some with child participation.
  • **Eligibility**: Specific age, health, and language requirements.
