The PROACTIVE-HF-2 Trial is a study to test a special device called the Cordella™ Pulmonary Artery Sensor System that helps doctors check heart health in people with Heart Failure (HF), a condition where the heart doesn't pump blood well. The trial is for patients with NYHA Class II and III heart failure, which means they have moderate to severe symptoms. NYHA stands for New York Heart Association, a group that classifies how serious heart problems are. The study has different groups, or arms, to compare how the Cordella System works for different patients.

  • Study Duration: Participation requires regular visits and check-ups.
  • Device Use: Participants must use a device daily to monitor their heart.
  • Eligibility: Patients need to meet specific health criteria and be able to visit the doctor as needed.

People in this study will either use the Cordella System or continue their usual heart care. They will have to visit the doctor regularly and use a special device at home to check their heart. This study helps us learn more about how to treat heart failure safely and effectively.
