The study aims to test the safety and effectiveness of the SAPIEN X4 Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV). This valve helps people with severe aortic stenosis, a condition where the heart's aortic valve is too narrow. The study is conducted at multiple locations and only involves one group of participants. To be eligible, you must have severe aortic stenosis, suitable heart size for the valve, and a certain level of heart function. Some people cannot join, like those with certain heart or valve conditions, recent heart attacks, or other specific health issues. If you are pregnant or have severe obesity, you cannot participate.
- Study Length: Participation involves a procedure and follow-up visits.
- Potential Risks: Like any medical procedure, there are risks involved.
- Compensation: Participants might receive compensation for their time and travel.
