VIA Disc NP Registry 3.0 is a study to observe how patients do after getting a treatment called VIA Disc NP. This treatment involves an injection to help with back pain. The study collects information to see how well the treatment works for different people.

To join this study, you must be at least 18 years old, able to read and speak English, and willing to sign a consent form. You should have had a VIA Disc NP injection within 90 days before the study begins. Pregnant women or those who have had this treatment before cannot join.
