This study will look at how safe and effective NMRA-335140 is for people with major depressive disorder (MDD). MDD is a condition where someone feels very sad and loses interest in activities for a long time. It's an open-label extension (OLE) study, which means everyone knows what treatment they're getting, and it lasts 52 weeks (about a year). To join, you must have finished a previous NMRA-335140 study and agree to certain rules.

Key Points:

  • The study lasts for 52 weeks, and you'll need to visit the study site as required.
  • You must have completed a previous NMRA-335140 study to join.
  • Participants should have no new safety concerns and must follow certain medication rules.

If you have other mental health issues or pose a risk of harm to yourself or others, you may not be eligible. The study aims to ensure your safety and carefully check how the medication works over time.
