Study of Inclisiran for Heart Health: This study looks at the medicine **inclisiran** to see if it can prevent heart problems in people who haven't had a major heart event before. **Inclisiran** is given as an injection under the skin. The study checks if it reduces serious heart issues like heart attacks or strokes, compared to a placebo (a harmless pill that has no effect). The study lasts for at least 3 years. Participants get the injection on Day 1, Day 90, and then every 6 months. It's important to continue until enough heart-related events happen to be sure of the results.

Key Points:

  • Participants must not have had major heart problems before.
  • You'll receive injections every 6 months and follow-up for at least 3 years.
  • Women in the study should use birth control during and after the study.

Eligibility: To join, you must be at high risk for heart issues but not have a history of major heart events. You should have specific heart conditions or risk factors, and your cholesterol levels must meet certain criteria. Some people, like pregnant or nursing women and those with certain medical histories, cannot join.
