Study Overview: This research is collecting blood and tissue samples from 10,000 people at 125 locations across the U.S. The goal is to create a test to find cancer early. Participants can have cancer or not.

Eligibility: To join, you must be between 20-79 years old and agree to the study. People with cancer must not have received treatment. Non-cancer participants must not have had cancer in the last 5 years, except for some skin cancers.

Exclusions: You cannot join if you have a fever, are pregnant, or have had certain cancer treatments. Organ transplant recipients and those who've had bowel prep recently are also excluded.
