Study Purpose: This research is testing a new medicine, called IMP7068, for people with advanced solid tumors. Solid tumors are lumps that can grow in parts of the body like the lungs or liver. The study aims to find a safe dose of IMP7068 and see how well it works against tumors.

Study Details: The study has two parts. The first part is to find the best dose. The second part is to see if the medicine helps with the tumors. This study will involve 140 to 350 patients. In the first part, 60 to 100 patients will help find the right dose. In the second part, 100 patients will test how well the medicine works.

  • **Eligibility:** Participants must be 18 years or older and have a type of cancer that doesn't respond to usual treatments.
  • **Participation:** You must not be taking certain other medicines and can't have had surgery or certain treatments recently.
  • **Risks/Benefits:** The medicine is new, so there might be unknown risks. However, it could help if other treatments haven't worked.
