This study is about testing three different forms of a medication called **olanzapine**. Olanzapine is used to help people with **schizophrenia** or **schizoaffective disorder**, which are mental health conditions affecting how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. The study aims to understand how the body processes olanzapine. This process is called **pharmacokinetics**. It will also check how safe the medication is for participants.

If you join, the study will last for 19 weeks, or about 4 and a half months. During this time, you will need to stay at the research site for some periods. You might be a good fit if you have schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder, weigh more than 50 kg (about 110 pounds), and do not have other serious health issues.

Before joining, women need to prove they are not pregnant and men need to agree to use birth control. Some people cannot join, like those with certain health problems or pregnant women.

  • The study lasts 19 weeks, with some inpatient stays required.
  • Participants must have schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder.
  • Safety checks and birth control may be required.
