Phase 2/3

This study is about PoNS® Therapy, a treatment using a special device to help people who had a stroke improve their walking and balance. A stroke is when blood flow to the brain is blocked, causing damage. The study aims to see if PoNS Therapy is safe and effective for people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. Participants will use the PoNS device and do exercises to strengthen their ability to walk and balance better.

Participants will be in a 12-week program that includes training in a clinic and at home. They will work with a physical therapist (Trainer) who will teach them exercises and how to use the PoNS device. After this, participants will continue their exercises for 12 more weeks without the device and then return for a final check-up.

  • Study lasts about 24 weeks, including follow-up.
  • Participants must visit the clinic for training and final assessment.
  • Eligible participants will use the PoNS device and follow an exercise program.
