Phase 4

JATENZO® Study: This is a study for men aged 18-65 with low testosterone (hypogonadism). It tests how JATENZO, a testosterone medication, affects the adrenal glands over 12 months. The adrenal glands make important hormones for the body.

What's Involved: If you join, you'll take JATENZO for about a year. You'll visit the study center 12 times. In some visits, they will do a special test called a cosyntropin stimulation test to check your adrenal glands. A follow-up visit happens 2 weeks after the last visit. Doctors will check for any side effects and changes in other medicines you take.

  • Commitment: The study lasts 12 months with 13 visits including follow-up.
  • Eligibility: Men with low testosterone who haven't taken testosterone treatments recently.
  • Risks: Possible side effects and interactions with other medications.

Eligibility: Men with a history of low testosterone levels and no recent use of testosterone treatments can join. You must have good blood access for tests and agree to follow the study rules.

Exclusions: You cannot join if you have certain health conditions, use specific medications, or have a history of drug or alcohol abuse.
