This study looks at using a special device called Axoguard HA+ Nerve Protector to help people with cubital tunnel syndrome, which affects a nerve near the elbow, called the ulnar nerve. The study is for people who have already had surgery for this problem but still have symptoms. The Axoguard HA+ Nerve Protector is a tool approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) to help protect nerves during surgery. This study will see how well it works when used in a second surgery to fix the problem again.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and agree to attend 9 study visits over 18 months. The study will collect information about pain levels, quality of life, and how well the nerve and arm work after surgery. People can't join if they've had certain other arm conditions or surgeries.
- The study involves 9 visits over 18 months.
