The study is about using **BOTOX** to change the size of the *masseter muscle* in your lower face. This muscle helps with chewing. Sometimes, it can make your face look wider, which some people may not like. The study will see if BOTOX can safely and effectively make this muscle smaller. BOTOX is a medicine that can relax muscles when injected in small amounts.
In the study, participants will get injections in their face muscles. *Some* will get BOTOX, while others will get a *placebo* (a fake treatment). You have a 1 in 4 chance of getting the placebo. If you qualify, you might get another BOTOX treatment later. Around 200 people will be part of this study in the U.S.
You will need to visit the hospital or clinic every month for up to 6 months. Doctors will check how well the treatment works and if there are any side effects. They will also ask you questions about how you feel.
- **Length of Study:** Up to 6 months with regular monthly visits.
- **Compensation:** Not mentioned, check with the study team.
- **Risks:** Possible side effects, more visits than usual care.
