Phase 3

This migraine study is for kids and teens to test a medicine called BHV-3000 and a placebo (a fake treatment) to see if they can help treat bad migraines, which are intense headaches that can make someone feel very sick. To join, kids must be 6 to 17 years old and have had migraines for over 6 months. They should experience 1 to 8 bad headaches a month that last over 3 hours if not treated. Children cannot join if they have certain other health issues, like a history of serious head injuries or certain psychiatric conditions.

  • The study includes taking medicine and visits to the doctor.
  • Participants must be available for regular check-ups and blood tests.
  • Stable medicine doses for other conditions are allowed, except some migraine medicines.
