This research is testing a new treatment called ELI-002 7P for people with specific changes in their genes (KRAS/NRAS) that cause solid tumors. Solid tumors are lumps of cancer cells. The study has three parts: Phase 1A, Phase 1B, and Phase 2. In Phase 1A, the safety of ELI-002 7P is checked in a small group of people. Phase 1B looks at how well the treatment works for colorectal cancer by checking cancer markers in the blood. Phase 2 involves more people to see how well the treatment works compared to just watching the cancer without treatment. Participants get injections of ELI-002 7P, and some people might get the chance to switch to the treatment if their cancer gets worse.
- The study has three stages and includes up to 164 participants.
- Participants get injections and regular check-ups; some may switch treatments if cancer worsens.
- Those joining must have specific gene changes and no brain metastases (cancer spread to the brain).
