Study Goal: This study aims to test the safety and effectiveness of a new treatment for severe burns using a special material called NovoSorb® Biodegradable Temporizing Matrix (BTM). It compares burn wounds treated with BTM to those treated with the usual methods at hospitals.

Eligibility: To join, you must be between 18 and 75 years old and have burns covering 3% to 60% of your body. Burns can be from things like hot water, flame, or contact. You can't join if you're allergic to certain materials, have other major injuries, or specific health issues.
