This study tests a new cancer treatment called BMF-219. BMF-219 is designed to help patients with certain types of cancer that have a change in a gene called KRAS. The cancers studied are non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic cancer (PDAC), and colorectal cancer (CRC). This study is looking for the right dose of BMF-219 to make sure it's safe and works well. Patients take the medicine by mouth either once or twice a day for a month at a time. The study checks how the body uses the medicine and how cancer responds. Participants must have cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and they must have tried other treatments before. BMF-219 has not been used with patients before. This study is for adults who are not pregnant and are willing to use birth control.
- The study involves taking the medicine daily for 28-day cycles.
- Participants cannot have certain health issues, like untreated brain cancer.
- There are specific rules about not using other strong medications during the study.
