This study looks at the safety and early effects of a new treatment called *Descartes-08 CAR T-cells* for people with a condition called **Generalized Myasthenia Gravis (MG)**. MG is a disease that causes muscle weakness. In this study, they are testing a special type of cell treatment, called CAR T-cells, which are modified cells that can help fight diseases. This study is in Phase IIb, which means it’s still early, but not the very beginning.
To join this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have MG. You can still be part of the study if you take other immune system drugs. However, if you have other big health problems or are pregnant, you can't join. If you are seronegative, meaning you don't have certain antibodies in your blood, you can still participate.
