Phase 2/3

Nectero EAST System Clinical Study is testing a new treatment for abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA), which are bulges in the main artery in the belly. This study is for people with smaller aneurysms (3.5 cm to 5.0 cm wide). The study will compare this new treatment to the usual way of just keeping an eye on the aneurysm. The treatment is given through a small tube called a catheter, which goes inside the blood vessel. Participants will have check-ups at 30 and 60 days, and then at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months, with yearly check-ups for up to 5 years.

  • The study lasts up to 5 years with multiple follow-up visits.
  • Participants must be 21-85 years old, and women must not be able to have children.
  • People with certain heart, liver, or kidney issues cannot join.

If you meet the criteria and are interested, you will need to understand the study, agree to participate, and sign a consent form. You will also need to attend all follow-up visits and have CT scans to monitor your condition.
