This study tests a medicine called AXS-07 for adults who have migraines. A migraine is a bad headache that can make you feel sick or see flashing lights. The study is "open-label," which means everyone knows they are taking AXS-07. It is for people who have tried other migraine medicines called oral CGRP inhibitors and they didn't help enough. CGRP inhibitors are pills that try to stop migraines by blocking a chemical called CGRP.
If you join, you will take AXS-07 for up to 8 weeks at home to see if it helps with your next 4 migraine attacks. To be in the study, you need to have migraines already and have tried CGRP inhibitors before. You cannot join if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to get pregnant soon. Also, you cannot have used any other new medicine in the last 30 days.
- The study lasts up to 8 weeks.
- You will self-treat up to 4 migraines at home.
- No new migraine treatments 30 days prior to starting.
