This study is for people with a specific kind of cancer called advanced or metastatic solid tumors, where the SMARCA4 gene has a problem, either missing or broken. Researchers want to test a new drug called PRT3789 to see if it's safe and how it works alone or with another medicine called docetaxel. They will give patients different amounts of PRT3789 to find the best dose that works without causing bad side effects. About 186 people will join this study, which will happen in several locations. The study will help decide the right amount of medicine to use in future studies.
- Participants will need to visit the study site for regular checkups and tests.
- The study will involve taking tumor samples and blood tests to check how the body reacts to the drug.
- Participants may receive compensation for their time and travel expenses.
