**Clinical Trial for Surgery of the Ulnar Nerve at the Elbow** This study is looking at two types of surgeries to help people with ulnar neuropathy at the elbow (UNE). *Ulnar neuropathy* is when a nerve in your elbow gets compressed, causing pain or numbness. The goal is to see which surgery works better to ease symptoms. To join the study, you must have UNE confirmed by specific tests that check how well your nerves work. You also need to agree to follow all study rules and be available for the entire study. You cannot join if you've had elbow surgery before, tried other treatments like wearing a splint, or have certain other nerve problems. **Key Points:** - **Duration & Visits:** You need to be available for the full study period and attend all appointments. - **Eligibility:** Must have confirmed UNE and be willing to follow study guidelines. - **Exclusions:** Cannot join if you've had past elbow surgery or other nerve issues. This study helps doctors find the best surgery to relieve symptoms of UNE.
