Phase 1

This study is testing DR-01, a drug for people with Alopecia Areata (AA) and Vitiligo (VT). Alopecia Areata is when your hair falls out in patches, and Vitiligo is when your skin loses color. Adults 18 and older can join, but women must use birth control and men must agree to use contraception during and after the study. Participants will be assigned to different groups to see how safe and effective the drug is. They can't use other treatments for AA or VT during this study, which includes not using certain hair or skin products. People with certain health conditions, like infections, liver problems, or autoimmune diseases, may not be eligible. The study includes multiple visits to the study center and you must follow specific rules about sun exposure and avoid tanning beds.

  • The study requires several visits and has specific rules on treatments and sun exposure.
  • Participants must agree to use effective birth control throughout the study and after.
  • Certain health conditions and treatments can make you ineligible to participate.
