Phase 2

This study tests a new medicine called Atuliflapon for people with moderate to severe uncontrolled asthma. Asthma is a lung disease that makes it hard to breathe. This research will see if Atuliflapon is helpful and safe for adults who have asthma that isn't controlled well with usual medicines. Participants will either get the Atuliflapon or a placebo – a pill that looks like the medicine but doesn't have any medicine in it. This will help researchers compare how well Atuliflapon works. The study lasts for 12 weeks, and participants will have regular check-ups to see how they're doing. To join, you must have asthma, meet certain health criteria, and not have other serious health problems like heart or liver disease.

  • Length of Study: 12 weeks with regular check-ups.
  • Treatment: Daily dose of Atuliflapon or placebo.
  • Eligibility: Adults with moderate to severe asthma, no major health issues.
