This study is about helping women with a heart problem called *calcified coronary artery disease*. The heart has tubes called arteries, and when these get hard, it's called calcified. Doctors want to learn more about a treatment called **coronary IVL** (intravascular lithotripsy) which helps make these arteries less hard. They will look at how well this treatment works after women have a procedure called **PCI** (percutaneous coronary intervention) where a small tube, called a stent, is placed in the artery to keep it open.
The study will include up to **400 women** across different countries and will check on them at different times over three years. Participants must be 18 or older, not pregnant, and need PCI and stenting with coronary IVL. Women who join should be okay with coming for check-ups and agree to the study rules.
- The study lasts for up to 3 years with follow-ups at different times.
- It includes up to 400 women from the US, UK, and Europe.
- Women will have regular check-ups to see how well the treatment works.
