Phase 2

This study aims to explore if testosterone, a male hormone, can improve tiredness, sexual issues, and life quality in older men with cancer who have low testosterone. Testosterone replacement might help with **cancer-related fatigue** (extreme tiredness) and other symptoms. It involves a **double-blind** trial, meaning neither participants nor researchers know who gets testosterone or a placebo (a fake treatment). Men 55 and older with certain cancers and low testosterone can participate. They must have fatigue and a life expectancy of at least 6 months. Participants will apply testosterone or placebo gel at home and attend 5 visits over 6 months, including a screening and a few check-ups.

  • Participants will have 5 study visits over 6 months.
  • They will apply gels at home after receiving instructions.
  • Participants must be willing to provide informed consent.

Before joining, ensure you don’t have conditions like prostate cancer or severe health issues that might exclude you. Please consider potential benefits and risks before deciding to participate.
