Phase N/A

The study is testing special clothes with sensors to check your health. These sensors can read heart signals (*ECG*), breathing effort, body temperature, and more. They work wirelessly and are already approved by the *FDA* (a government agency that makes sure medical tools are safe). The sensors are like tiny gadgets that stick to your skin. They send information about your body to a computer, which helps doctors understand your health.

These sensors can help measure things like:

  • *Electrocardiography (ECG)*: This checks the heart's electrical activity.
  • *Trans Thoracic Impedance (TTI)*: This measures the resistance of your chest to electrical flow, giving clues about heart and lung function.
  • *Actigraphy*: This measures movement and activity levels.

Participants will wear the sensors during different activities, like sitting, walking, or exercising. The study lasts 15 minutes to 12 hours, depending on the test. It is open to healthy people and those with high blood pressure, except for pregnant women or those with certain heart devices.

  • Study Duration: Sessions last from 15 minutes to 12 hours.
  • Eligibility: Open to healthy individuals and those with hypertension.
  • Exclusions: Pregnant women and those with certain heart devices.

Learn more about clinical trials

What is a clinical trial?

A clinical trial is a study designed to test specific interventions or treatments' effectiveness and safety, paving the way for new, innovative healthcare solutions.

Why should I take part in a clinical trial?

Participating in a clinical trial provides early access to potentially effective treatments and directly contributes to the healthcare advancements that benefit us all.

How long does a clinical trial take place?

The duration of clinical trials varies. Some trials last weeks, some years, depending on the phase and intention of the trial.

Do I get compensated for taking part in clinical trials?

Compensation varies per trial. Some offer payment or reimbursement for time and travel, while others may not.

How safe are clinical trials?

Clinical trials follow strict ethical guidelines and protocols to safeguard participants' health. They are closely monitored and safety reviewed regularly.
