This study is about helping patients with solid tumors (a type of cancer that forms in body tissues) who are getting radiation therapy (a treatment using high-energy rays to kill cancer cells). Many patients face travel problems when going for treatment. This study tests a special tool called the Transportation for Cancer Care Navigation Tool (TRACT), which may help patients with travel issues. Patients in the study will be split into two groups: one group will use the TRACT tool, and the other group will receive usual care with some extra information on transportation. The study lasts for 3 months, and researchers will check how well the TRACT tool helps with travel and treatment. Eligibility includes being 18 years or older, having solid tumors, and speaking English.
- Study Duration: 3 months with follow-up.
- Participants: Must face travel barriers and be able to consent.
- Tool Benefits: Might make traveling for cancer care easier.
