This study is exploring if treatments like emapalumab or a combination of fludarabine and dexamethasone help prepare people with Primary Immune Regulatory Disorder (PIRD) or an autoinflammatory condition for a stem cell transplant. A stem cell transplant is when new, healthy cells are put into your body to help fight diseases.
Key Points:
- Duration: You'll need to be a part of the study for the entire transplant process.
- Visits: Regular visits are needed to check your health and how well the treatment is working.
- Eligibility: You must be receiving your first transplant, have good organ function, and be free from infections.
To join, you should be able to tolerate certain treatments and have no previous transplants. This study is funded by the FDA's Office of Orphan Products Development (OOPD). Always discuss with your doctor to understand the risks and benefits before participating in any study. Make sure you or your guardian can give permission to join the study.
