In this study, researchers are comparing two treatments for Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM). GSM is a condition that affects women after menopause, causing symptoms like dryness, burning, and irritation in the genital area. Participants will use either a silicone gel called StrataMGT or an estrogen vaginal cream for 3 months. The goal is to see if StrataMGT works as well as the estrogen cream in improving the quality of life for patients. Participants will be checked monthly for any changes in their symptoms and side effects.
- Study lasts for 3 months with monthly check-ups.
- Participants will use either silicone gel or estrogen cream.
- Must have postmenopausal age and access to a smartphone/computer.
