This study is about finding out if wild blueberries can help people with high blood pressure (BP) feel better in their heart, brain, and tummy. High BP, also called hypertension (HTN), means the blood pushes too hard against the walls of the blood vessels. This can lead to heart problems. Blueberries are special because they have lots of healthy stuff called fiber and phytochemicals. The study will check if eating wild blueberries every day can help people with high BP improve their heart health, think better, and have healthier gut bacteria. The study will last for 8 weeks, and people will eat 22 grams of blueberry powder each day. Researchers believe this could make a big difference.
