This study tests a new medicine called **lunsekimig** for people with **chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP)**. This is an ongoing nose and sinus issue with growths inside the nose. People who join this study will get either lunsekimig or a placebo, which is a fake treatment, to compare how well the real medicine works. The study is **double-blind**, meaning neither the doctors nor the patients know who gets the real medicine. It's for adults aged 18-70 whose current nose spray treatment isn't working well enough. The study lasts about 40 weeks (almost 10 months) and includes a screening period, treatment, and follow-up. Participants may have **asthma**, and their lung function will be checked.
