Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD) is a condition where small, fluid-filled sacs, called cysts, develop in the kidneys. This study focuses on people with specific gene changes known as PKD1/2 gene variants to understand how common they are and what characteristics they have. Participants need to have a kidney function test result, called estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), of at least 30 mL/min/1.73 m², which measures how well kidneys filter waste from the blood.
Participants must be willing to attend scheduled visits and follow study procedures. They must already have a diagnosis of ADPKD. People with other types of kidney disease, history of organ transplants, or who are planning to start kidney replacement therapy soon are not eligible. There are additional criteria that apply as specified in the study protocol.
- Study involves attending scheduled visits and following procedures.
- Participants need to have a minimum kidney function level.
- People with other kidney diseases or organ transplants are not eligible.
