This study looks at how safe and effective a cream called **ruxolitinib** is for children with a skin condition known as *nonsegmental vitiligo*. *Vitiligo* causes patches of skin to lose color. This study is for children with certain types of vitiligo, but not for other skin conditions. Participants will stop using other vitiligo treatments during the study. The study ensures that participants are healthy enough to take part and are not pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
