This study is testing a new way to treat a problem called in-stent restenosis (ISR) in heart arteries. ISR happens when an artery gets blocked again after a stent (a small tube) is placed in it. The new treatment uses a MagicTouch™ sirolimus-coated balloon. Sirolimus is a medicine that helps stop the artery from getting blocked again. The study will compare this new balloon treatment to the usual method, called plain old balloon angioplasty (POBA). Participants will be randomly assigned to one of these two groups.
- Participants will have several follow-up visits over 5 years to check their health.
- This study involves one hospital visit for the procedure and regular follow-ups.
- Participants receive close monitoring during the study, but there may be risks like any other heart procedure.
To join, participants need a history of stent placement and blockage. Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain health conditions cannot participate. If you are part of this study, you will have regular check-ups and tests to make sure you are doing well. Always consult your doctor before joining a study to understand all potential risks and benefits.
