This study is for men with advanced prostate cancer who are receiving radiation therapy. It compares two treatment combinations to see their effects on the heart. One group takes leuprolide (a medicine that stops testosterone production) and abiraterone acetate (AA) (a medicine that lowers certain hormones). The other group takes relugolix (another medicine that stops testosterone) and AA. Both groups also receive radiation therapy. The study will last up to 24 months, with follow-ups at 30 and 60 days after treatment. To understand how these medicines impact the heart, doctors use special CT scans and blood tests.
